When exercising his right to data portability, the data subject has the right to receive also direct transfer of personal data from one administrator to another, when this is technically feasible.

The personal data administrator is obliged to stop the processing, unless he proves that there are compelling legal grounds for the processing, which take precedence over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims.
