UROSTEROL® is a combined herbal preparation containing pumpkin seeds, goldenrod and aspen. The pumpkin globulin and pumpkin seed powder in UROSTEROL® strengthen bladder function and help relieve common symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate. Goldenrod supports the “flushing” of the urinary tract, which makes it harder for bacteria to settle, while aspen has an anti-inflammatory effect. The product strengthens and supports bladder function and makes urination easier.

How do the symptoms appear?
In the early stage the urine stream no longer reaches as far. This is followed by a stronger urge to urinate (including at night). Why does the prostate grow?
To this day the exact cause of prostate enlargement remains unknown. In fact, in men in Western cultures an enlarged prostate can often be observed as early as age 40. Men in Austria have fewer prostate-related problems, while in Asian men enlargement is extremely rare. The situation changes quickly, however, when they adopt a Western lifestyle; in such cases their prostate also starts to enlarge, which eventually leads to related health problems. Once enlarged, the prostate cannot return to its previous size – except through surgical removal of the tissue.
How can excessive prostate growth be prevented?

Use
